The commissioner has the right to use the emotes for personal use on their platforms (Twitch, Discord etc.).

This does not include commercial rights (e.g. for making and selling merchandise). The only exception is made for profit in the form of Twitch subscriptions.

The commissioner is not allowed to make major edits to the artwork without the artists permission.

The commissioner is not allowed to use the emotes for anything related to AI. This includes both using them as Input for Image to Image generation and usage for any sort of AI training.

The commissioner is not allowed to sell the emotes to a third party.

Full Payment must be made upfront. The commission will not be started before payment has been received.

The commissioner has 48 hours for payment. If there is no payment until then the commission will be canceled.

The commissioner will receive a sketch for approval before the emote is finished. This is the only time revisions are possible. The commissioner understands that once the sketch has been approved any additional changes will result in an extra fee. (This can exclude very minor changes in some cases and can be discussed with the artist).

The artist has the right to decline a commission.

The artist has the right to cancel and refund the money at any time.

There will be no refunds for the commissioner once the payment has been received.
